What's the difference between a "module" and an "agent" on ATC Quest?
Modules are what you buy — five separately-purchasable products (ATClearn, ATCtrain, ATCmentor, ATCwise, ATCpro). Agents are AI capabilities inside the modules — Content Generation Agent and Adaptive Path Agent both live inside ATClearn, for example. One module ships with multiple agents.
Are new agents added to existing deployments automatically?
For agents inside a module you already deploy: yes, via standard version upgrades. For agents that fundamentally change the deployment topology (e.g. adding GPU-heavy proctoring): we discuss with your team first since it impacts capacity planning.
How do custom industry agents work commercially?
Delivered as a service engagement (similar to Custom AI Fine-Tuning). 5-step delivery: discovery → data prep → fine-tune / agent-build → evaluate against your gold-standard → deploy. 12-month warranty + retraining slot. Pricing depends on scope; see /pricing or /contact.
Can we request a brand-new agent we don't see here?
Yes. We build agents on customer demand all the time — roughly 60% of our roadmap comes from customer requests rather than internal product planning. Bring us the workflow; we'll scope the agent.
Do agents share state and learner context?
Yes. When multiple modules are deployed together, the agents read from a shared learner-state graph. ATCpro's analytics use signals from ATCwise tutor questions, ATClearn assessment scores, and ATCmentor cadence adherence — they compound rather than duplicate.
Can we run open-source models for some agents and foundation models for others?
Yes. Each agent's model is independently configurable. Run privacy-sensitive agents (tutor, audit reports) on open-source models in your VPC, and run cost-sensitive agents (translation, summarisation) on foundation-model APIs. Mix and match per agent.
