What data sources feed the predictive model?
Pre-assessment scores, content interaction depth, ATCwise question patterns, mentor cadence adherence, prior cohort completion patterns, manager engagement signals. All from your ATC Quest deployment — no third-party data.
How accurate is the at-risk prediction?
In production deployments: 78–86% precision (when it says at-risk, the learner does drop unless intervened) and 70–82% recall (it catches that fraction of actual drops). Numbers vary by cohort size and history; we calibrate per-deployment.
Are individual learners shown their own risk score?
Configurable. Default: no — risk scores are visible to the learner's manager and L&D, not to the learner themselves (avoids self-fulfilling prophecy). Some education customers opt to share so the learner can self-correct. Both modes ship.
How are reports signed for audit purposes?
Each generated report carries a cryptographic signature tied to your ATC Quest deployment. Auditors verify via the deployment's public certificate. Reports also include a tamper-evidence section listing the source records and their hashes.
Does it work for non-compliance reporting too?
Yes. The same engine produces operational dashboards (completion velocity, content effectiveness, mentor utilisation), board-grade ROI reports, and ad-hoc analyses. Compliance is one customer of the data fabric, not the only one.
