What goes wrong without the right LMS

Three failure modes we keep seeing

01

Cloud LMS dies on plant Wi-Fi

Most LMSes assume always-on broadband. Plants in tier-3 cities or remote sites get patchy connectivity. Workers can't complete modules; managers can't track them.

02

English-only training reaches 30% of workers

A 4,000-worker plant has staff comfortable in Hindi, Marathi, Gujarati, Tamil. English-only safety training is theatre — workers click through without understanding.

03

ISO recertification is a paper-trail nightmare

Auditors need evidence that every operator was trained on the latest SOP. Spreadsheets, sign-in sheets, and email confirmations don't survive a serious surveillance audit.

Our solution

Offline-capable. Multilingual. Audit-survivable.

ATC Quest ships with a full offline mode designed for shop floors. Workers download courses to a tablet or kiosk, complete them, and the system syncs when connectivity returns. Records are tamper-evident and ISO-audit-ready.

  • Full offline mode — courses, assessments, AI tutor (cached), all work without internet
  • 22 Indian languages including voice input/output for low-literacy workers
  • On-prem at the corporate data centre with edge-sync nodes at each plant
  • ISO 9001 / 14001 / 45001 / IATF 16949 audit-ready report templates
  • Tamper-evident training records (cryptographically signed)
  • Tablet-friendly + kiosk mode for shop-floor self-paced learning
  • SOP-versioning: workers automatically re-trained when an SOP changes

Specific scenarios

How Manufacturing teams actually use ATC Quest

1

Group EHS Director

Multi-plant safety standardisation for an auto OEM

14 plants, 22,000 workers. Standardised ISO 45001 safety training in 8 Indian languages. Edge-sync at each plant means weeks of intermittent connectivity don't break completion tracking. ↓ recordable incidents 35% in first 12 months.

2

Quality Manager

IATF 16949 surveillance audit at a Tier-1 supplier

Auditor requests training evidence on 1,400 operators across 18 process families. ATCpro produces a per-operator-per-process-per-revision report in 8 minutes. Zero non-conformities found.

3

Plant Head

New-product-line ramp-up at a pharma manufacturing plant

GMP training for 600 operators on a new injectable line. ATClearn generates the module from updated SOPs in days. ATCwise tutors operators in Marathi and Hindi during the qualification phase. Time-to-qualification ↓ 40%.

4

Plant HR

Annual POSH training at remote plants

Cluster of 6 plants in geographies with patchy 4G. Offline-mode rollout completes within 21 days. ATCpro signs off the audit pack for the IC committee.

Outcomes

What customers measure post-deployment.

↓35%

recordable safety incidents (first 12 months at an auto OEM)

↓40%

time-to-qualification on new production lines

0

audit non-conformities on training evidence (last 8 surveillance audits)

95%+

completion rate even on plants with intermittent connectivity

Frequently asked

How does the offline mode work?

Courses are pre-cached on the local edge device (plant server or tablet). Workers complete modules; assessments and AI-tutor questions queue locally. When connectivity returns, the queue syncs to the central deployment. End-of-day reports are accurate to 5-minute granularity.

Can it work for migrant / contract workers (no permanent ID)?

Yes. ATC Quest supports temporary credentials issued at plant induction, mapped to contractor IDs. Records flow back to the contractor company via configurable export.

What about training for low-literacy workers?

ATCwise voice input/output + visual-first course design (heavy on diagrams, low on text) handles low-literacy contexts. Common in foundry, fabrication, and food-processing deployments.

Does it integrate with our QMS / EHS systems?

Yes — for training-related signals. SOP version changes in the QMS auto-trigger refresher enrolments. Incident reports in the EHS can trigger remedial training. Both are configurable rules.

Can it survive a regulator visit (e.g. CDSCO, FSSAI)?

Yes. ATCpro audit reports are accepted format for ISO surveillance audits and have been used in CDSCO inspections at pharma plants. Each record is independently verifiable via the deployment certificate.
