Which HRMS systems are supported out of the box?

Darwinbox, Keka, Workday HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM Cloud, PeopleStrong, GreytHR, Spine HRMS. Custom connectors via SCIM 2.0 / webhooks for any other HRMS.

How is data kept in sync?

Event-driven where the HRMS supports webhooks (joiner / mover / leaver events fire in real time). Otherwise scheduled SCIM sync every 5–15 minutes (configurable).

Can a manager add training that's outside the auto-enrolment rules?

Yes. Managers can assign ad-hoc courses to their team via the manager dashboard. ATCtrain treats those as supplementary; rule-based enrolments still flow per HR policy.

Is the HRMS data stored on our LMS or on the HRMS?

The HRMS remains the system of record. ATCtrain caches what it needs for routing (job code, location, business unit) and reports back. We never duplicate sensitive PII unnecessarily.

What about hire-to-retire data residency?

Your training records stay where ATC Quest is deployed (on-premise or your cloud). HRMS data residency is governed by your HRMS contract. The integration is a thin event channel; bulk PII does not move.
